Effective Contract Management on Compensation Events in NEC Engineering and Construction Contract Dispute Avoidance and Prevention

HKIA is co-organising a CPD seminar of Effective Contract Management on Compensation Events in NEC Engineering and Construction Contract Dispute Avoidance and Prevention, with NEC Asia Pacific Group and Construction Industry Council.  The CPD Seminar is supported by Contract Dispute Resolution Committee of HKIA.  The talk will be delivered by Robert Gerrard who is a NEC consultant and Secretary in NEC Users’ Group and had over 30 years’ exp. in contract management.
