作為橫琴新區未來的展示視窗,項目以「創新產業基地」作為核心定位,形成新的城市文脈。設計以「花園式辦公」及「綠色健康生活」為出發點,地塊的中央公園及其衍生出的組團綠化空間為整個園區的靈魂貫穿東西,成為規劃主軸線。南側入口連同會所,將北側的濱水開放空間景觀引入內部,形成南北向景觀軸線。兩條景觀主軸,確立了基本規劃體系,強調建築佈置與廣場、綠化相互滲透,增強空間的公共性,推廣低碳、健康、環保的理念。
The INNOVALLEY HQ is envisaged to be the exhibition window of the future development of Hengqin new district. Through operation of the project, it is hoped to bring in various creative industries, and helps shaping the area into a new creative cultural district in Zhuhai. Our aim for the project was to promote green living by creating a low density working environment in a park. Along the east-west axis, a central park was placed in the middle of the site which permeates through office building clusters, to provide green leisure space which is usually deprived in urban context. A green avenue along the north-south axis provides visual connection to the river on the northern side of the site from the south entrance. At the junction of the two green axes is the clubhouse to celebrate the green node. The two axes defines the masterplan structure, where plazas, gardens and buildings are merged together, encouraging daily use of the public green, thereby promoting a green, healthy and environmental conscious way of living.

函谷山莊是一座精品酒店,座落於優美狹長、溪水潺潺的山谷中,可以清晰地遠眺長城最險峻的司馬台段。為了生態與山景,建築師採用高架式建築,以不整地的方式、盡可能保留一草一木,避開大型樹石,有如「掂著腳尖走過」山谷一般。
72個套間分為八個簇群配置,錯落於山谷兩側,以開放的曲橋沿溪串聯,其間步移景異,穿越簇群或小溪,交織建築與自然。外觀採用環保塑木板,再現原木細緻紋理,多色參雜搭配、對應四季山林。
Han-Gu Villa is a high-end resort hotel located in a beautiful winding valley with a small stream running through. From the site, one of the most precipitous sections of the Simatai Great Wall can be seen. In order to preserve existing vegetation and optimize views of the distant mountains, the architect delivered a design with a stilt house concept that would minimize site grading works and preserve trees and large rocks as far as possible. Thus, the buildings seem to “tip-toe” through the valley.
The 72 suites are grouped in 8 clusters, carefully placed on the two valley sides and connected by an open scenic bridge. Views open up with each step as guests stroll along the bridge that crosses from building to building, traversing the creek and weaving spaces between architecture and nature. Façades are made of environmentally friendly composite wood with fine surface grains, the subtle colors reflecting the seasonal changes of the surrounding forest.

RENOVATION PROJECTS OF 816# MIDDLE YAN’AN ROAD: THE LIBERATION DAILY OFFICE

本項目為保護性修繕工程,其中,嚴同春住宅(A,B樓)優秀歷史建築,設計包括外立面,建築內部的天棚、牆面、地面、室外場地及花園、電梯等。同時根據解放日報的日常辦公功能對室內空間及功能進行改造設計。將歷史建築與解放日報的歷史、人文相結合,體現歷史街區的當下社會價值及文化內涵。
The design belongs to protective repair project. Building A and building B which are dwellings of Yan Tongchun in this project are mentioned as excellent historic buildings. Our design involves facades, interior ceiling, walls, floor, outside space and garden, elevator and so on. At the same time we redesign the interior space and related function according to the demand of daily office works inside Jiefang Daily Office. Combining historic buildings with the history and culture of Liberation Daily Office ,what we want to present is the social value and cultural connotation of historical district.

本項目用地地處羅梭江和南哈河的交匯處,河對面是中科院的熱帶雨林植物園,入口面是大面積的香蕉林,不遠處有一個傣寨:城子寨。因此,我們將「雨林中的寨院」成為設計的主題。建築整體形象上營造濃郁的本土風情,融入生機勃勃的熱帶植物環境中;羅梭江因為晴天和暴雨呈現出多樣的水位和顏色,故總平面佈局與視線組織上與羅梭江的變幻相呼應,將自然的野性融入酒店的生活中。
The project locates in the area of confluence of Luosuo River and Nanha River. On the opposite side of the river,there is the Tropical Rain Forest Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Outside the entrance, there is a banana forest.  A Dai village is nearby. Therefore, the hotel was designed basing on the concept of "the village in the rain forest". The overall image of the hotel has rich local features. Because the Luosuo River would have different water levels and colors when weather changes, the masterplan was a design specifically to adapt those changes, so as to bring the wild nature into the experience of living in the hotel.

成都火車南站樞紐城市綜合體項目,本著科學分析場地周邊狀況,充分論證國鐵、地鐵、公交樞紐、天府立交等重要的外部因素。以人流集散為核心,遵從人的行為及消費習慣,合理佈局商業、辦公、住宅等各功能體塊,通過開敞式連接平台相連為一個整體的綜合性建築群。總建築面積237,484.0平方米,其中地下三層整體為地下室,地上設一棟綜合樓,六層商業裙房上分別設有四棟二十三層住宅樓組成,一棟二十二層辦公樓。
Chengdu South Railway Station hub city complex project, in a scientific analysis of the situation surrounding the site, fully demonstrated national railway, subway, transit hub, Tianfu Interchange and other important external factors. Stemming from the flow of people and the human behavior and consumption habits, the commercial, office, residential and other functional blocks, were rationally distributed through an open and connected platform for a comprehensive integrated building complex. A total building area of 237,484.0 square meters consists of three-level underground basement, a comprehensive building at the ground floor, four 23-storey residential buildings and a 22-storey office building on top of a 6-storey commercial podium.

申基金融廣場坐落於重慶傳統商業中心——渝中區的核心地段。項目容納了辦公、五星級酒店、和相關配套設施,空間需求複雜多變。建築通過垂直疊加的方式在緊張的用地中創造屬於重慶的「擁擠文化」。造型上採用分隔號條幕牆,充分體現超高層建築高聳挺拔的美感。建築主體結構為型鋼混凝土框架—鋼筋混凝土筒體結構,頂部出挑的無邊際泳池和距離地面230m的空中花園,打破了豎向線條的單一感。酒店大堂設置於建築的51層,可以飽覽重慶的江景山色。 Forebase Financial Plaza is located in the heart of Chongqing’s Yuzhong Peninsula, the city’s traditional commercial center. The scheme consists of three interconnected masses and a podium. And it includes office space, hotel, and some other facilities. Through vertical stacking, this design creates a culture called 'congestion' which belongs to Chongqing in such a narrow space. Vertical lines were used on the glass curtain wall, and they embody the architectural aesthetic of tall and straight.

The steel reinforced concrete frame and reinforced concrete core-wall constitute the main structure system of the building. The single feeling of vertical line on facade is broken by a five-meter cantilevered glass swimming pool and a sky garden which is located 230 meters above the ground. The hotel lobby which has a great view of the river and the mountain is set on the 51st floor.

拾稼設計 10 Design

武漢長城匯是一個嶄新地標項目,坐落於武漢市金融核心地段,擁有國際級的寫字樓與零售空間、並提供別具活力的公共用地。

項目現已通過LEED 建築設計與施工:結構體(Core & Shell)鉑金級預認證。美國綠色建築委員會將於2017年第二季度就項目進行最終LEED認證審查。

長城匯綜合發展為雙塔樓設計的甲級寫字樓,總建築面積達90,000平方米 (另裙樓建築面積約20,000平方米)。雙塔樓由四層商業零售和餐飲設施的裙樓連繫,並提供1200個車位的地庫停車場。

最初,項目設計任務書內只提及到發展一個標準商場裙樓,但發展商的願景是打造一個地標式的公共空間。設計過程中設計工作室測試了多個選擇方案予客戶,希望在提供最大商業價值的同時,為武漢市中心增添一個文娛用地,給予租戶與市民使用。

而最優化的方案是在建築前方開闢一種新的城市空間 - 裙樓空間。裙樓空間通過一系列游弋式的坡道一路延伸向上至空中花園。沿途坡道設置有商業零售、餐飲和娛樂空間,增加了零售租賃價值。同時,置身坡道上能飽覽城市景觀,柔合餐飲設施與公共空間藝術,為武漢市民提供一種獨特的步行體驗。

The studio has designed and delivered an exemplary development in the financial centre of Wuhan, providing a world class workplace, a dynamic retail space, and a vibrant public realm. 

The project is currently LEED Platinum Pre-Certified for Building Design & Construction: Core & Shell. The USGBC will conduct a final review in Q2 2017.

Greatwall Complex is a twin tower development, offering GFA 90,000sqm (Podium GFA is circa 20,000 sqm) of Grade A office space. The twin towers are linked by 4 floors of podium containing retail and F&B space with underground parking for 1,200 spaces. 

The brief given was for a standard retail mall podium; however, the clients’ vision was in fact for a destination public space. The studio tested many possible design options to provide maximum returnable value to the client, but in parallel to give a new civic space in the centre of Wuhan, both for tenants and surrounding residents.

The optimum solution defines a new civic space in front of the building, connected through a series of processional ramp to a new roof top garden on the podium. The processional ramp allowed all levels of retail to open up at a new raised ground level, thereby maximizing leasable value for the client. The ramp also presents a unique pedestrian experience in Wuhan, benefitting from dining opportunities and public art, looking back across the city from a raised elevation.

作為中國改革開放的首個發展城市,深圳以前所未有的規模和速度擴張。城市的快速發展使過往的村落忽然處於城市的中心地段,加上城市中的可開發用地迅速減少,使城市化的步伐陷入進退兩難的困境。蔡屋圍村位於深圳主要商業區,佔地面積達3.6公頃,由密集的多層民居和內街所組成。由於多年來的增建,使整個社區產生日照率不足和缺乏空氣流通的問題,社區配套服務不足和交通擠塞,使整個社區陷入衰退。

有見及此,發展商提出了一種獨特的社區更新改造模式,釐清土地的所有權,帶條件從居民手上收購土地,從而將整個社區重新開發。集團更與居民代表合作成立了一家聯合開發公司,將居民原有的村屋重建成寬敞舒適的新型住宅,並配有花園平台。此外,居民還可分配到另一套可作出售或出租用途的公寓,確保他們在支持重建項目同時而獲得可觀的經濟回報和補償。

群樓和塔樓的規模和走向直接影響到城市軸線和規劃的走向。入口位置配合了周邊的街道佈局,改善了連接不同發展項目的行人道設計並連接地鐵站。一幢441.8 米朝南筆挺的超高層大廈由零售區、商業辦公區和酒店,由下至上的體現了城市的垂直高度。在頂層的酒店天花部份建造了宏偉的玻璃-鋼結構,覆蓋著酒店大堂、公共空中花園、餐廳和酒吧, 為顧客帶來難忘的空間體驗。

At the forefront of China’s economic rise, Shenzhen has developed at an unprecedented scale and pace. Rapid urban growth has left stranded previously rural villages in the centre of a city where land supply is dwindling at a corresponding rate.

Occupying 3.6 hectares in a prime urban location, Caiwuwei Village comprised a tight cluster of village houses and tiny alleyways where sunlight and fresh air were restricted as well as inadequate services and access contributed to urban deterioration. A uniquely community-minded regeneration model was devised to overcome fragmentary ownership and enable redevelopment.

Kingkey Development formed a joint development company with villagers, whose homes were re-provisioned in the form of spacious new flats above a landscaped communal podium. In addition, the villagers received second flats for sale or rent ensuring significant financial return for the loss of their former dwellings.

The overall design relates to the urban context through careful consideration of massing and orientation of the podium and towers. Entrances respect surrounding street layouts and improve pedestrian linkage between the development, its surroundings, and the connected metro station. The 441.8m slim south-facing tower addresses the city’s vertical dimension with the public realm beginning with the lower level retail, through to commercial offices, and culminating in a hotel topped off with a vast glass-and-steel structure housing the hotel lobby, public sky garden, restaurant and bar.

上投大廈整體修繕
THE RENOVATION OF SHANGHAI TRUST BUILDING

上投大廈原名大陸大樓,1933年完工,是上海市第二類保護建築。設計在遵循歷史保護基本原則基礎上提出合理的綜合修繕措施。結合歷史遺留及信託業務特點進行佈局。為了對原有立面重要元素泰山面磚最小程度的干預,設計在剝掉92年後加瓷磚後,結合外牆防水措施,通過研究原有照片以及周邊歷史建築,重新鋪貼外牆泰山面磚,並多次試驗立面泰山磚拼色佈局及細部節點。最大程度的還原上投大廈原有歷史面貌,使之與外灘歷史風貌協調。

Renovation of Shanghai Trust building formerly known as the Continental Bank building, completed in 1933, which is the second class of protected buildings in Shanghai. The overall renovation was based on the basic principles of historical protection and put forward reasonable comprehensive measures. Plans were combined with historical heritage and trust business characters. In order to minimize the interference of the original Taishan tiles, we designed to re-paving re-pave the external walls of Taishan brick after the stripping plus tile. The plan combined with the external wall waterproofing measures, by contrasting the original photographs and the surrounding historical buildings, and repeatedly test color testing- mixed layout and details of the node. As far as possible to restore the historical image of Shanghai Trust building, so that coordination with The Shanghai Trust Building was restored to a great extent so as to coordinate the historical style of the Bund.

毗鄰賽道,外觀及形體經過精心設計以反映馬在賽道上奔馳的優雅及動態。相較上部建築,立面於地面層稍作退縮。入口大堂和簷口散發出柔和的光,創造出建築懸浮於地面上的幻象。由地板延伸至天花的玻璃幕牆,最大限度地提升了建築物內的自然光,並確保周邊景色的視野不受遮擋。 簡潔的長形建築物位於馬場西北界內,坐擁香港首屈一指的馬場和鄰近城門河及馬鞍山美景。通過將外部青翠的林木景色引入建築,確保使用者與大自然的融合交流。

The façade and form of the building is carefully composed to reflect the grace and movement of accelerating horses along the adjacent racetrack. The ground floor façade is set slightly back from the perimeter of the building above. The soft glow of lights from the entrance lobby and overhanging soffits creates the illusion that the building is floating suspended above the ground. The floor to ceiling glass also fulfills a practical purpose, maximizing the natural light within the building and ensuring uninterrupted views of the picturesque surroundings. 

The sleek rectangular structure is located near the northwest boundary of the Shatin Racecourse, offering sensational views of Hong Kong’s premier racetrack and the nearby Shing Mun River and Ma On Shan mountains. By bringing the lush green of the outside in, the facility ensures the users remain in touch with nature. 

Construction on the 10-storey structure started in 2011. The facility houses the HKJC main Telebet centre, an integrated control centre, IT department offices, a broadcasting services department and post-production centre, the HKJC College and a staff amenities area.

TRADE AND INDUSTRY TOWER

工業貿易大樓坐落在啟德區的機場舊址,其設計除了滿足功能上的要求外,亦致力達至環保建築設計的最高認證標準。大樓內容納了14個政府部門,以位處市區的地利之便,方便市民到訪,或利用社區會堂的場地舉行表演、會議和休閒活動。大樓的設計以方便用家為本,力求在樓宇可持續性方面取得佳績,目標是節省四份之一常規耗電量。

大樓外觀以「綠色建築」為主題;內部則設有「教育徑」,闡述大樓配備的各種節能系統和裝置。大樓的設計以簡明直線為主,在外牆上的擋陽板,可將日光引入室內;而在窗外設置的花槽,既為用戶的視野增添悅目色彩,又串連成一條「綠綵帶」。至於附屬的社區會堂,其建築設計呈流線型,屋頂翠綠。在不規則的曲形「白綵帶」襯托下,兩幢建築物形成鮮明對比。

The Trade and Industry Tower is located in Kai Tak Area, and is a pioneer project of the urban regeneration program of the old airport site. Besides complying with office area requirements, the design also aims at achieving the highest level of Hong Kong & US environmental building design certifications. TI Tower was designed to house 14 government department offices with a post office and a Community Hall serving the public in the urban area. It welcomes citizens to visit and seek services. The Community Hall provides venues for public performances, meetings and leisure. The principal design objective is to make the building user- and visitor-friendly. It offers exemplary performance in Building Sustainability, and aims at saving 1/4 of normal electricity consumption.

This government building presents an image of efficiency, practicality and interaction. The “Green Architecture” theme features prominently on the outside, displaying an iconic “green” image. Inside the building, an “Education Path” explains various systems and installations used to conserve energy, and also demonstrates that building sustainability is achievable without compromise.  The government offices are efficiently designed in a rectilinear shape tower clad with a curtain wall which yields optimal thermal performance. Sunshades are strategically added to direct useful daylight inside while blocking glares and reflection. Linear planters outside the windows offer visual relief to occupants. They meander around the building façade and forms a “Green Ribbon” visible from all around. To create contrast and balance, the Community Hall annexe is designed in a dynamic and organic form, with solid walls and a green roof. This is highlighted by the free-form “White Ribbon”.
