HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Design Symposium 2019 - Open for Registration

 

The HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Design Symposium is the only bi-annual professional conference of its kind in the region since its inception in 2013. 

For 2019, the theme 'Shape the Shapeless : Cross Strait Architects and Architecture of the Belt and Road and Africa' has been adopted to commence a new exploration and to expand the scope of CADSA as a culturally sensitive and design focused event. With the support of Lead Sponsor Create Hong Kong of the Government of the HKSAR, renowned architects, theoreticians, historians and educators from the Belt and Road regions and Africa are invited to speak and conduct workshops; sharing their knowledge and vision in Architecture and Culture together with current developments situated in a global context, in order to facilitate the elevation of architectural design in the Cross-Strait regions towards the international arena.
