We are looking for the following body-shopped Professional for secondment to the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA).
Architect
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
(1) Be a Registered Architect registered under the Architects Registration Ordinance (Chapter 408 of the Laws of the HKSAR);
(2) Have satisfied the qualification of Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent; and
(3) Have a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in design and/or site supervision of architectural works for high-rise building (at least 30-storey).
Duties of Appointment
a) Carry out architectural works design, site supervision and/or conduct design coordination and liaison for the HKHA projects or construction contract(s) or works; and
b) Carry out his/her duties both in office and/or on sites or any other locations in Hong Kong.
