Domat is a design studio focusing on social architecture through critical exploration. We are a not-for-profit practice working for a fair society and sustainable world, with a passion for architecture. Domat is the winner of AR House Award 2023 and UIA 2030 award.
Working within a small, enthusiastic team with knowledge-sharing culture, we explore ideas in-depth, making things by hand, and be critically fundamental. We place an emphasis on care and beauty to design for sustainability.
Through our practice, candidates will gain hands-on experience contributing to small scale community projects in Hong Kong. You can involve at all stages from concept design, building submissions to construction, directly engaging with end users and stakeholders.
AA (Year Out + Master Graduate)
- Master of Architecture (miniumn 1 year working experience)
- or
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Proficient in CAD and hand sketching,
- Hand craft, design through physical modelling,
- Excellence in quality graphical work, communicating with the public, and writing.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
