Stage 2 Consultation on Consultancy Study on Design and Construction Requirements for Residential Buildings for Energy Efficiency

 
BD is conducting a consultancy study to review the design and construction requirements for energy efficiency for residential buildings in Hong Kong.  The Study aims at examining the effectiveness of current measures in promoting energy efficiency taking into account the relevant national and international practices with a view to formulating a set of design and construction guidelines/requirements for improving energy efficiency for new residential buildings.

Following the three focus group consultation meetings organized on 25 June and 26 June 2012 for seeking the stakeholders’s views regarding the draft “Code of Practice for Design and Construction Requirements for Residential Buildings for Energy Efficiency", BD will be holding one more focus group meeting for all interested stakeholders on 9 July 2012.  HKIA members are invited to attend the focus group meeting scheduled for :

9 July 2012 (Mon) at 16:00-18:00

Members who are interested to join the focus group meetings should download the reply slip from here and return it to HKIA Secretariat on or before 6 July 2012 (Fri). Seats will be allocated on first-come-first-served basis. 

HKIA members are also invited to deliver your written views and comments on the subject.
