PROJECT ASSISTANTS (CHINA)
- All the above posts are required to station in China
- Other requirements will be same as the requirements for similar positions in Hong Kong
SENIOR DESIGN ARCHITECTS /
DESIGN ARCHITECTS /
DESIGN GRADUATE ARCHITECTS
- Self-motivated architect proficient in design and experienced in converting concept design to construction details
- Have worked on large scale residential and/or commercial projects
- Experience in design and detailing
- Good spoken and written English, Putonghua knowledge would be advantageous
SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECTS /
PROJECT ARCHITECTS /
GRADUATE ARCHITECTS
- Min. 5 years post qualification project experience for Senior Architect and min. 3 years for Architect
- Applicants for Architects must be qualified members of the HKIA or equivalent
- Proficient in contract administration and production of construction drawings
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fluent Putonghua is required for the post of China projects
PROJECT ADMINISTRATORS /
PROJECT ASSISTANTS
- Min. 8 years working experience and proficient in project administration, technical co-ordination and detailing of projects for Project Administrators and
min. 5 years for Project Assistants
- Computer aided design / Autocad drafting skill is essential
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
3D COMPUTER DRAUGHTSPERSONS
- Min. 3 years solid experience in using Autocad 2004, 3D studio, PhotoShop/Coral Draw
- Ability to produce realistically 3D models from sketches, plans and elevations with minimal supervision and time
2D COMPUTER DRAUGHTSPERSONS
- Min. 3 - 5 years solid experience in architectural draughting
