HKIA Expert Witness Seminar Series 2017

Contract and Dispute resolution proceedings often call upon the service of Expert Witnesses. The public perception of an ideal Expert Witness is someone who is proficient in building construction, contract management and litigation. Architects, by training, are perfect candidates for Expert Witnesses. This seminar series cover all aspects of being an Expert Witness including The Role of Expert Witness, The Expert Witness Report, Law of Evidence & Decision, Court Skills and Case Studies.

All invited speakers have construction and/or legal qualification, and have accumulated years of practical experience.

Dates: 15, 17, 22, 28 Nov & 1 Dec 2017
Time: 6:45pm – 8:45pm
Venue: HKIA Premises (19/F, One Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong)
CPD Hours: 2 hours per session
Registration Deadline: 13 November, 2017 (Mon)
Registration Fee:
$3,000 for whole seminar series of 5 sessions
$600 per session for individual session registration
