車站,做為一種脈絡的延伸
富里是台灣最富盛名的米鄉,也是人口稀少的偏遠鄉鎮。富里車站尺度很小,扮演著米鄉門戶。重建後的車站不只是鐵道上的一個節點,也蘊含著地方的況味,在送往迎來之間可以想望與告別。

面對寬闊自然的背景,我們採取簡單清晰的姿態。以「大地上的穀倉」為發想,轉化成一座低調簡鍊的「米倉」,收斂為地景的一部份。金黃量體呼應田野與山巒,隨著陰晴晨昏展現不同表情。

這是一座靜謐的驛站,屬於旅人與遊子。

Railway station, the extension of the context
FULI, meaning the affluent ground, is located in the very south of Hualien county, a remote small town with sparse population.

Fuli station is one of the least freight capacities among the east railway stations in Taiwan. However, this station serves as the only entrance to the rich rice-growing area. The main purpose to rebuild station is to improve its function and exterior image, meanwhile to upgrade station facilities cooperating with railway electrification. The station is a stop along the railway as well the coherent point of the town, where people seeing-off their home and miss the smell of their land.

We integrate the surrounding areas with a simple yet identifiable volume so that the whole new fabrication can gently merge into the peaceful country landscape. We consider the new station as “barn on the earth”, which retains a modest posture to response the surroundings like the old time. Yellow granite is used as the very skin of exterior walls to answer the colour tone of Fuli, which changes its appearance accordingly with sun, cloud, rain and fog.

This is a quiet and poise stage, belongs to travelers and those away from home.

太原南站
TAIYUAN SOUTH RAILWAY STATION

中國唐朝木構建築主要保存在中國山西省,在以太原為中心的周圍地區。在城市更新過程中,新建太原南站強調應用現代建築技術延續城市歷史文脈,傳承地域文化。採用鋼結構單元體結構,是國內少有的結構單元體交通建築。廣泛應用“被動為主、主動優化”的綠色建築設計策略,將單元體與建築自遮陽、自然通風、採光等被動式節能技術相結合,使太原南站這座全新的交通樞紐成為一個綠色車站的典範。
Wooden architecture from Tang dynasty has been preserve at Shanxi province around Taiyuan area.  In the process of urban renewal, the new Taiyuan station should emphasized the application of modern construction technology and continues the historical culture of the city, the inheritance of regional culture. The station building adopts the steel structure unit that is been rarely using for the transport architecture in the county. The green building design strategy of “passiveness first, active optimization” is used to combine the unit and passive energy-saving technologies such as building sun-shading by itself, natural ventilation and lighting, to make the new transportation hub Taiyuan South Railway Station a model of green ecological passenger station.

北京南站
BEIJING SOUTH STATION

在過去十年間,中國投入大量的資金修建龐大的高速鐵路 (HSR) 網絡以促進經濟一體化和城市發展。自2003年第一條專用高速鐵路開通以來,中國已經修建了總長度達19,000公里的鐵路,形成世界上最長的高速鐵路網。

為了將首都納入高速鐵路網中,北京需要修建一個新的火車站 – 同時也是北京最大的火車站。為了將北京市其餘的部分與此地區樞紐聯通起來,這個超級車站下方建有兩條地鐵線。受北京的地標 – 天壇和中國其他傳統圖案的啟發,車站頂的造型是車站最引人注目的亮點,上可追溯到維多利亞時代,火車旅遊的鼎盛時期。

在城市規模內,車站跨越兩大軸線的交點 : 北京市的主要路網和地鐵系統的對角線。穿過車站的行人樞紐四通八達,有助於促進現有鄰近社區的發展。

在以往大型車站和機場的設計基礎上,開發了一種新的火車站和機場功能混合。並實施在北京南站的設計中,以最大限度地提高大量客流效率,將鐵路上下的到站旅客和離站旅客分開,使乘客盡可能在最短的距離和時間內上下車。

Over the past decade China has invested heavily in an extensive high speed rail (HSR) network to promote economic integration and urban growth. Since the first dedicated HSR opened in 2003, the country has built a staggering 19,000 kilometres of track, forming the world’s longest HSR network.

To integrate the Capital with this network Beijing needed a new railway station – its largest. To connect the rest of the city to this regional hub the station serves two metro lines beneath the massive station. Inspired by the Temple of Heaven and other traditional Chinese motifs, the roofline is the station’s most visually striking feature, harking back to the grand old Victorian stations of railway travel’s golden age.

At the urban scale, the station negotiates the intersection of two axes: Beijing’s cardinal grid and the diagonal alignment of the railway. Pedestrian linkage through the station maintained connectivity, helping to promote regeneration of the existing adjacent communities.

In light of the station’s immense scale, the solution to coping with intense projected patronage figures was a hybridisation of railway station and airport typologies. Beijing South incorporates new thinking in station design to maximise efficient mass passenger movement, segregating arrivals and departures below and above the tracks to allow people to board and alight trains in the shortest distances and times possible.

融入社區的嶄新工業設施
HKSTF是香港政府推行廢物管理的重要一環,位處新界西的綠色山丘,海景一覧無遺。它建築的設計靈感來自四周景觀,務求和大自然完美融合。別緻優美的建築和園景,令主樓呈現出波浪形的設計。屋頂的形狀因應內部功能而建,下面有兩個廠房:包括污泥儲存缸丶除臭裝置丶焚化爐丶鍋爐和廢氣煙道處理。所有過程在廠房內完成,避免對外造成影響。波浪形屋頂構成不同傾斜度,從天窗引入自然光,園內並有綠化設施。
A NEW GENERATION OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES IN HARMONY WITH THE ENVIRONMENT THAT BENEFITS THE COMMUNITY
HKSTF is a key project of the Hong Kong governmental waste management concept. It is located in the western part of the New Territories, facing South China Sea and embedded in a green and hilly environment of low density. The design and shape of the building is inspired by both surroundings landscape and waterfront. It seeks perfect fusion into the context. Its timeless architectural and landscape design adopts a wave-form and streamlined design for the main building. Under the wave roofs are located the two plant halls including sludge bunker, deodorization, incinerator, boiler and gas flue treatment: the form of the roof follows the function of the interior, which is a process driven design approach. Processes are happening inside the plants thus avoiding olfactory or noise pollution towards the outside and the roof structure provides a clean appearance. A planted pergola structure covers delivery areas. The wave structure is composed of five ribbons, each of them having a different inclination and shape. The overlapping of these ribbons is creating illumination by skylights in the upper part of the roof.

深圳市福田站綜合交通樞紐工程
SHENZHEN FUTIAN ZHAN TRANSPORTATION HUB

深圳市福田站綜合交通樞紐工程是一座以軌道交通接駁換乘為主的全地下綜合交通樞紐,位於深圳市福田區深南大道與益田路交叉口處。深圳市福田站綜合交通樞紐工程彙集了以廣深港高鐵車站,地鐵2、3、11 號線車站,公交首末站、小汽車及計程車接駁場站等常規交通設施及深南大道南、北兩側配套服務設施等。

福田站綜合交通樞紐工程共設出入口32 處,與出租、公交接駁口7 處。無障礙垂直電梯數量10 處。

福田站綜合交通樞紐工程總建築面積約275 500 ㎡。

Shenzhen Futian Zhan transportation hub is an underground complex traffic interchange station, which locates under the intersection of Shennan Road and Yitian Road, Shenzhen.

Based on national high speed railway passenger dedicated line - Guangshengang railway Futian Station, Futian Zhan transportation hub connects to 1 railway station, 3 metro stations, 1 bus terminal, 3 taxi stops, shops and catering places.

There are over 32 entrances and 10 barrier-free lifts for pedestrians entering the
underground hub, and 7 exits for passengers to take buses and taxis. Passengers can
transfer in different public traffic means within 5 mins.

Shenzhen Futian Zhan transportation hub is 1032m long, 712.3m wide, and its building area is over 275 500 ㎡. It has three subterranean stories. The deepest level of the station is 32m underground.

福廈高鐵廈門北站
XIAMEN NORTH STATION OF FUZHOU-XIAMEN HIGH SPEED RAILWAY

廈門北站是福廈高速鐵路線上的重要樞紐站,中國東南沿海最大的集鐵路、城市道路、長途汽車、軌道交通換乘、商業服務功能於一體的綜合交通樞紐。(平均旅客年發送量1100萬人)

建築形態以閩南民居“燕尾脊”體現地域文化特色,同時也充分體現了結構受力的真實性及合理性。採用立體空間桁架支撐曲面網架結構體系創造出體現結構力學之美的輕盈屋蓋。站房屋蓋雙向跨度為132m×220m,是目前世界已建成單跨最大跨度的鐵路站房。

節能的理念落實到整個專案設計過程中。設計將最先進的自然光系統,遮陽系統,通風系統和熱壓力驅動的自然通風系統應用到新火車站。

XIAMEN North Station is an important junction hub on the Fu-Xia high-speed railway line from Fuzhou to Xiamen and the largest comprehensive transportation hub in the southeast coastal area of China integrating the functions of railways, interstate highways and urban roads, long-distance coach, rail transport transfer and commercial services as a whole. (The annual average passenger number has reached 11 million.)

By using the “swallow-tail ridge” of local residence in South Fujian, the architectural form not only reflects the local culture features, but also fully reflects the true and reasonable structural load bearing at the same time. A light roof reflecting the aesthetic of structural mechanics is created by using the spatial-truss-supported curved-surface space frame structure system. The main roof span at 132 meters by 220 meters is the longest single span in the world among those railway stations already constructed.

Energy-saving concept roots in the whole process of design. The most advanced natural light system, sun shading system, ventilation system and thermal pressure driven natural ventilation system are applied to the new railway station.

鄭州新鄭國際機場T2航站樓及地面綜合交通換乘中心(GTC)
ZHENGZHOU XINZHENG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL 2 AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION CENTER (GTC)

鄭州新鄭國際機場是中國主要樞紐機場之一。本案為鄭州機場二期工程,主要包括T2航站樓、綜合交通中心。
項目特點如下:
1. 集約程度高 - GTC是高集約化的綜合樞紐,集航空、城鐵、地鐵、地面交通於一體,空陸無縫換乘中心。
2. 重視環保節能 - 在綠色方面,採用了多項成熟的節能技術,如可再回收利用的玻璃、鋼材、石膏等建築材料的採用,高效能的建築設備等等。
3. 個性化空間設計 - 在建築空間、室內設計等方面為旅客創造具有地域特色、獨特性的空間體驗。

Including terminal 2 and ground transportation center (GTC), this project was the 2nd phase of Zhengzhou Airport which is now one of the airline hub in China.
Project features are:
1 Highly Intensification - Air, Rail, metro and vehicle circulations are all seamlessly intensified in ground transportation center.
2 Sustainability - Lots of mature technologies were introduced in sustainable design, such as recyclable glass, steel and plaster, high efficiency equipment, etc.
3 Identified Interior - The space and interior design of airport demonstrates regional characteristics and unique experiences.
